Area Plan
The Area Plan serves as a strategic plan for the Lake Agassiz RC&D Council for a five-year period. The plan documents the goals the Council would like to accomplish through the RC&D Program for a five-year time period based on well defined needs and opportunities. As an active supporter and participant supporting the Council, your input is vital to the long-term planning process for the physical, social and economic development of the area.
