Project Proposal/Assistance Provided

Federal RC&D grant funds are allocated to various organizations for their community development, land conservation, land management, and water management projects. RC&D Grant funds are provided for a variety of projects, examples of projects include: natural resource tours & workshops, recreation facility improvements/development, natural resource educational activities, rural tourism, and agriculture product marketing. Technical Assistance

Red River RC&D provides technical assistance for projects that fall within the scope and mission of the Council's Area Plan and Annual Plan of Work (refer to "Annual Reports" tab and "Area Plan" tab for these two documents). The NRCS Coordinator is available to assist with locating possible resources for project funding, project coordination, project planning, project facilitation, locating additional project partners, and/or to provide assistance in developing grant proposals.  We can also assist to facilitate community planning and provide additional resources available from NRCS and other partners.  Contact the Red River RC&D office for more information.  We look forward to assisting you to make things happen in northeastern North Dakota!
